As a reminder, all pay increases apply to new bookings only.

Step 1: Locate and review your offer letter.
Your offer letter, based on your position has the exact criteria that you need to meet before getting a pay increase with Enchanted Celebrations.

Step 2: Complete the form below.
The information you provide on this form will be the basis of your pay increase eligibility in accordance with what is in your offer letter.

Step 3: Schedule an interview with the Operations Manager.
Upon form completion, we will review your form submission, offer letter, ask for all necessary endorsements from applicable full time staff (e.g. Event Coordinator, Production Manager, etc) and conduct a performance evaluation via telephone. Within 10 business days of this call, we will give you a determination if you qualify for a pay increase.
